CHEF JASON VELASQUEZ

After working for successful Japanese restaurants throughout Washington, Oregon, California, and Canada for 2 decades, Jason Velasquez spent the past 5 years in Seattle searching for new business opportunities. He combines fresh food and visual entertainment in an augmented dining experience called Densetsu. Currently, he creates fresh, globally inspired foods in a Filipino kitchen and food truck. Chef Velasquez is active in Seattle's culinary community, which has enabled the design of fresh and tasty meals served throughout various venues.
