Jason Velasquez
After working for successful Japanese restaurants throughout Washington, Oregon, California, and Canada for 2 decades, Jason Velasquez spent the past 7 years in Seattle searching for new business opportunities. His experience focused on creating exclusive dishes for local Japanese restaurants. The combination of freshly cooked food and visual entertainment creates an augmented dining experience. During the Pandemic, he spent a considerable amount of time designing a high variety, takeout model. Chef Velasquez is active in Seattle's culinary community, which has enabled the design of fresh and tasty meals served throughout various venues. The compilation of these ideas is where Densetsu was born.
